The USDOJ Contract: Effective June 1, 2003, PFI will begin a 5-year contract to perform the duties as Central Authority for USDOJ under Contract # 03-C-0655. On the behalf of the USDOJ, PFI shall manage all formal service of process for the U.S. on judicial documents under the following treaties and conventions:
•     The Hague Service Convention
•     Inter-American Convention on letters Rogatory
•     Letters Rogatory from non-convention countries
